Villarreal Virginia Academy (VIVA) is seeking passionate coaches who want to grow and develop under the guidance of our Official Partner, Villarreal CF (VCF), Spain (LaLiga).

As our club continues to expand across both girls’ and boys’ programs, we are looking for coaches eager to teach players using the Villarreal CF Methodology, delivered directly by VIVA staff in collaboration with VCF staff.

Requirements:

• Punctual and reliable

• Strong communication skills

• Commitment to attending all coaching education classes (online with Spain via Zoom, and in-person when VCF staff are here)

• Soccer playing background preferred

• Serve as a positive role model for players

Opportunities:

• Coaching education provided by Villarreal CF staff

• Opportunity to attend official coaching classes in Spain
