At VIVA, the pathway extends beyond local competition. Players who exemplify exceptional character, competence, and soccer IQ may be chosen for the prestigious Villarreal Player Development Program.

Through this program, selected VIVA athletes travel to Spain for a week-long immersion at the VCF training ground, where they train alongside academy players and learn directly from Villarreal’s world-class coaching staff. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to grow as a player and experience the game at the highest international level.
